This 13 week 1/2 marathon training group can take you from your first step to crossing the finish line and is suited for individuals that are currently running 20 to 25km a week. Take advantage of group motivation and interaction, professional experience, and tips and hints from experienced runners to develop a program, stay motivated and reach your goals.
