Vanessa Hamilton ~ Bootcamp 5k Learn to Run 10K Training - Jogging 1/2 Marathon 10k Walking Fitness Exotic Movement Fitness
Vanessa is the driving force behind FITNESS CONNECTION and the BOOTCAMP fitness training program. Health and fitness are a personal passion of Vanessa's and if she can share it with others, it's a bonus.
Vanessa has been in the fitness industry for over 11 years and is a BCRPA registered advanced group fitness instructor and strength trainer. She is also a certified Twist Conditoning Level 1 Sports Movement Specialist and working towards a certification in Sports Nutrition.
Over the years Vanessa has helped hundreds of loyal clients achieved exceptional results! In 2004 she created FITNESS CONNECTION Bootcamp - Prince George's only bootcamp-style fitness program that runs year around and has since then expanded to also include Running Clinics, Exotic Movement Fitness and Buggy Brigade workouts. Vanessa and her staff are dedicated to helping all participants reach their health and fitness goals.

Helen McMillian ~ 10K Training
Helen is a LPN (licensed practical nurse), she has recently done the 1st stage of instructors course through the Y and will be doing Stage 2 end of the March ~ Group Fitness. Helen is also taking Kineseology 143 - Exercise management through SFU.
Helen started running 4 years ago when she decided to do the Vancouver sun run. Since then she has ran Vancouver Sun Run for the past three years and plans on doing it again this year. Helen did her first 1/2 marathon last year in the YMCA Family Fun Run. She also plays soccer, kickboxing, has done numerous BOOTCAMPS and has been involved in other sports.
Helen enjoys doing something for herself. She can do it when she wants, where and with whoever is available. Quite often she will go for short run and loose herself and end up 10 -12 kms later on her way home. This gives her a break from work, home and makes her feel good.

Michelle Krawczyk
~ Learn to Run - 5K
Buggy Brigade
Michelle has been in the fitness industry working as a personal trainer for 5 years. Michelle has a diploma in kinesiology, is certified through the YMCA, the BCRPA and is a level II certified coach. Michelle has been running for 6 years and has instructed running clinics for four past seasons. Michelle is a stay at home mom of an 18 month old, who you will see on the occasional run.
