Learn To Run ~ 5km
The program will provide you with a strong foundation to develop and maintain a desired level of fitness. In only 8 weeks you will be running 30 minutes and ready to enter your first 5k road race. This program uses running, walking, stretching and health education to provide the tools for long lasting fitness.
