1. You make a commitment to yourself and commit to 12 weeks of giving 110%  & then register to start the journey

    - January 9, 2012

  4. Accountability -
    Once you make the commitment to the challenge you no longer will be able to give up on yourself, because we will not give up on you!  Once every four weeks you will meet with the trainer to review the program and make sure that you are seeing results, feeling better about yourself and staying motivated with your new eating and exercise program.

  5. Motivation -
    Your Fitness Connection XBT Instructors will keep you believing that you can do it. 

  6. Everybody is doing it
    - You will not only have the support of your FITNESS CONNECTION trainer, your friends and family, but you will be sharing this journey with your XBT team-mates, others that are wanting to make a change in their lives as well.

  7. Fitness Connection will track progress by: 
    Fat %, body weight & measurements every 2 weeks.  There will be strength and endurance testing every 4 weeks.

    will provide you with

    ~ Nutritional package with weekly menus & recipes
    ~ Daily support emails
    ~ Goal setting and plan of attack
    ~ Onsite workouts 5 days/week
    ~ Online workouts for those occasions that you are unable to attend a sessions
    ~ Online nutritional and workout journalling
    ~ Bi-weekly wieght-ins and progress checks
    ~ Before, after and bi-weekly photo's
    ~ Monthly nurtition workshops
  9. NOTICE: 
    ~ Winner will be announced by April 17, 2012
